Pavement Picassos, part 2
Got a sunny friend in sunny California, Terri, who shares my affection for sidewalk art and sent me these samples of the work of another contender besides American Kurt Wenner for the World’s Best title, Englishman Julian Beever.
Beever – here’s his self-portraits “in action” – has been beavering away painting up the pavement in France, Germany, the US, Australia and Belgium, as well as his home turf, and is quite dazzling with his 3D illusions. Here’s his website.
